Life will reset. No it will not turn back to the beginning but rather to an undiscovered location.
A place so foreign, at first moment you tend to be frightened. But certain movements, words, feelings take on a familiar form.
Though you are afraid to take a breath, you give in and inhale.
You are surprised by the tingle along your arms, as Goosebumps cover your flesh.
You are surprised by the sensation in your stomach, as imaginary butterflies perform their dance.
You are surprised the desire to feel is stronger than to remain cloaked by grief
Finally, as you wait for the avalanche to quiet your new acquisition of joy, the reset completes.
The pain has dimed. You are able to absorb and view it from a different perspective.
Without pain’s control over your senses, clarity rebounds.
